Harold's Chicken Of Homewood

I?ve been to plenty of Harold?s locations throughout the city and suburbs. This location has to be the absolute worst lol. Worst customer service, ridiculous wait time even when there?s no orders and the owner is trashy.

Didn't like the lady at the front counter today ????????????. Didn't like how she spoke to me when I went in to get my food. Thought she was nasty and rude to me the way she came off on me. I don't think I'll be going back to that Homewood Harold's.Hey, but the food is still good ????. But the people working there, not so bueno. They need to work on they're people skills.I'll take my business to another location.

Food is good. But the wait is far too long. Waited an hour for my food. That's just way too long. Never again.

Harold's chicken in Homewood is now our go to spot for fried chicken wings. They are delicious with sauce on the side. The okra, fries and coleslaw are also good.

Horrible customer service and horrible experience. They got my $100.00 order wrong and failed to give me all of my order. When I called they told me I was mistaken and I did get the full order. I then drove 20 minutes back to explain that I didn't get allof the order. All I wanted was the missing bucket of cat fish. I was then told they would have to run the camera back showing Ireceived the catfish The manager was the only person that could do that and he was gone for the evening. Finally after muchdeliberation I was told they would complete my missing order. Had to wait another 30 minutes for them to get that ready. I willnever return to this location and I will never recommend it to anyone. . Young man was rude and incompetent. There were severalother customers orders that were wrong.
