Culver’s - Homewood

I bought a root beer float from Culver’s and at the end of my float was so yellow creamy stuff now I’ve been buying root beer floats years ago it’s been a very long time since I had one unless they added something to it, I don’t know. . I called in and they couldn’t even explain to me what it was. I will never go back there again if I wasn’t on my way to work I would’ve took it back and got my money. I just wanted them to tell me what it was, how you don’t know. It’s something yellow where you made it at go look .

Can go wrong with Culver's. I eat there every week. There are good meal options to choose from. Every age would enjoy a quality meal from the menu.

Went through the drive-thru after pulling ahead I saw the server bring my food to the car behind me and saw the person go through the bag and give it back to the sever. The server brought me the bag and tried giving it to me and I told him I wanted new food. He told me to claim down bro. It 's not that serious. Then a second sever gave me the wrong the order and I took it inside and gave it to the manager James and told him this wasn 't my order. He took the order and told the server to take it to the right car.I also saw James take my order out the original bag and put in a new bag only replacing the fries. I told him I wanted a new order and he told me You need to go wait in your car bro. It 's only food. It 's not that serious bro

I unknowingly went in about 20 minutes before they closed for the night and everyone was super nice and the food came out quick, correct, and delicious. Love this location.
