Taco Bell - Homestead

I had a wonderful experience with the customer service at this restaurant. I was struggling to use Google Pay, but the cashier was very helpful and guided me through it. Unfortunately, my Google Pay wasn’t working, so I used Cash App to send him the money, and he made sure everything went smoothly. I only had $5 to spend on food, and I truly appreciate their assistance. I can’t remember the cashier's name, but I must also mention Mayeli, who provided excellent service. Thank you!

Natasha is wonderful! Their customer service is outstanding—very friendly and attentive. I really appreciate having such an amazing team member managing the business. My order was initially incorrect, but Natasha was there to assist and ensure everything was resolved promptly. Thank you once again, Natasha!

The restaurant is usually quite busy, as it's the last Taco Ella before heading to the Keys. It serves both locals and travelers. However, the young employees seem inexperienced and struggle with customer service. It’s likely that this is their first job, and they haven't received proper training.

I usually dine at fast food places because they’re affordable, but I can’t believe how much I spent at this Taco Bell. I wish I had kept my receipt, but I threw it away. All I remember is that I spent $35.60 on two combo meals and a Nacho Bell Grande. It’s frustrating to pay that much at a fast food restaurant, especially when the quality is just average.

If you eat in, it's okay. they have to put more bark in the tacos and burritos. when they drive through the car, especially at night, they will be very disappointed.
