Tristan and her entire team provided exceptional service. Everyone was attentive and incredibly helpful. I want to extend a special thanks to this location for equipping the team with excellent customer service skills, high quality, and proper training. Thank you for consistently being the best! The service was terrible. The line was slow, and they made us wait for an hour only to inform us that they didn’t have any of the items we ordered. It’s ridiculous—at the very least, they should have put up a sign indicating which drinks were unavailable. On top of that, their scanner was broken, and they couldn't scan the app. I will never come back here again. I’d rather wait 20 minutes for a refund elsewhere than deal with this place.

Our favorite local spot, the best in Miami-Dade County! We visit several times a week, and it's always a fantastic experience!

Waste of money and time, long slow line. Stuff floating in my coffee and food was covered in other food item crumbs, so nasty and dirty. Had to spit out. Cups have stains from other drinks on them. Why so dirty
