Pollo Tropical 10019 - Homestead

Parking lot drive thru is terrible. But the food is good, the waitresses are very nice. Sometimes they give out very small n burnt grilled pieces that I chew n chew n spit out. I love their beans,, and rice...Other than that it's a fast food place it has its good and bad.

What the heck happen to the meat?!This is a TRIO PLATTER?! Where’s the Pernil, Steak Chicken. The chicken is all bones with three strips of steak, no pernil? Taking my business elsewhere. Never going there again 312 and US1! There nothing worst then getting home and missing half my meal..smh.

Unhealthy and sickening food, but my family unfortunately consumes it (NOT ME) They take forever for each order and on top of that they give you the wrong order. This site is not a serious business, I do not recommend it.

Everytime I come to Florida I make it my duty to come here!! I really wish they would bring one to Georgia!!!

Their chicken isn’t cooked properly I took some home and had to put it in the oven to finish cooking
