Great customer service and very fresh and delicious chicken.

My wife loves Pollo Tropical, it meets the B's to us latinos criteria bueno, bonito, y barrato). Friendly staff, prompt and good quality chicken, roast pork, black beans, rice, yuca and maduros. Whenever we are on the road or she just doesn't feel like cooking...Pollo Tropical is the place to go.

For fast food this place is delicious ? A little pricey, but what isn 't nowadays lol. Good is always fresh and has a homemade vibe. Excellent option when in a hurry! Staff is always friendly and the restaurant always seems very clean. Love this place!It does get packed so it can take a little while to get your food, but it 's fresh to order so we think it 's worth the wait. Hope this helps a little, best wishes everyone!

Got my order wrong on three different occasions, no one spoke English ?‍….

I have never had Pollo tropical before and I wont order pollo tropical again... my order was coconut shrimp and salad.. my husband had mouth surgery and can only eat soft food so I ordered sides of black beans and rice.. in my box was coconut shrimp on top of rice and a bowl ofblack beans. Shrimp was way over cooked, dried out and hard as rocks... had to pick coconut and fryings out of the rice.. it sure as hell wasnt worth 34 dollars!!!
