Contribuiți la feedbackFirst when we entered me and my daughter the host was not hospitable and went off with the menus to the table and we stood there waiting for her to let us know it was for us. Second when we sat at the designated table it was smelly and flies around that section of the restaurant. The floor was oily and when the server came to our table it was straight to drink and food. And asked if we needed a minute with the menu after being literally a minute. When the food finally arrived the eggs has made the wrap soggy and my daughter who eats everything left her Cuban toast alone because they toasted stail bread. Her eggs watery and not cooked thoroughly. This restaurant needs to be reviewed by an inspector and the owners need a new fresh set of employees. The cooks need to be trained just as well and taught how to cook basic eggs and toast.
This place is amazing. We are a family with dietary restrictions Celiac. This place offer great food. Our server was super nice. I would recommend this place 100% Dietary restrictions: We are gluten free
The service was horrible and the waitress forgot to put in one of my orders that took forever to come out then included the 20% tip i ask her to take it off and why she charged it she said the computer includes it not her and she couldn’t take it off they are all thieves hungry for money and don’t care about the customers will never go back.
Caravan is no longer the same, the taste is quite degraded. They have to change before it's too late. Casa Ana isn't the same I no longer recommend this place taste has degraded a lot I recommend changing quickly before the people all never go back.
Let me start saying that I am a Director for F B and I understand a lot of challenges that may arise in the industry. This place has horrible service the servers don’t care for the guest. I went there on Sunday at 7:40pm. 1 hour 20 minutes before they close when I enter I had to seat myself because nobody came to the front like saying we don’t want any body we are closing. Then i place my appetizer tostones rellenos with shrimp and my food order because i knew they were in patient. It took them 1 hour to bring my food after I gave them complaint that they serve 1 party of 8 people that got there 25 minutes after me and they were serve way before me so I knew something was going on. The server didn’t even apologize she just said that the ticket got stock in the printer. I told her how it’s possible that the restaurant is empty they are just 2 tables and you don’t realized they are not preparing my food.well the appetizer never came because they never brought to the table and I told them specifically please don’t burn my son pollo a. La milanesa.Guest what? The food for my son was dry and burn.Believe me I don’t leave a lot of comments but this one definitely I had to take action. No manager present neither.Do not go to this place believe me you are going to have a bad experience. Horrible service , bad food, it feels like they don’t want you to be there . I don’t give zero starts because their is no optionAnd just for your information if you want to order to go 1 hour before the app doesn’t let you and when you call they don’t take phone orders they said you have to go in person and wait for the order ridiculous. Who is management this place ? How they haven’t gone bankrupt?
