Jimmy John's - Homer Glen

I found the Lemont Jimmy John's closed at 6:30, so I decided to head to the Homer Glen location instead. The staff there were friendly and served me quickly! I ordered two Gargantuans along with some chips and it was delicious!

Last Saturday, I went with my three children, and it appeared to be a busy afternoon at the restaurant. Despite being swamped and dealing with an upset customer, the staff still greeted us warmly. All the employees were quite young, well-trained according to health regulations, and did their best to accommodate every customer. However, I witnessed a troubling situation when a lady yelled at one of the young workers—who wore glasses—and another young man who had dark hair and a beard. The girl offered the dissatisfied customer a replacement sandwich, but she didn’t seem pleased at all and threw the sandwich at the two workers. As a mother, it was disheartening to see this behavior toward such hardworking and mature staff. Although this incident put a damper on my experience with my children, I still love this location. The young team does an amazing job running the store, and this won't be my last visit!
