The whole family (7 people) had enjoyed the brunch on the 1st Christmas holiday. especially the children. then the supergau: our table was booked from the local double. as an alternative, we were offered a large calender room, similar to a canteen and as a free-of-charge drinks. we should have had our lunch from the buffet by 2 doors over the flur - not at all! the unprofessional behaviour of the staff, which cursed and blamed also on the other guests who did not want to clear the table. the managing director could not offer us an option so we were hungry from then.We had 3 x (!!!) phone conact, still the day before we were called from the local to confirm the reservation again. O-Ton: "They will be very surprised..."Aw, if a great concept on the service/organization fails, but something like that can't happen to christmas.
For all vegans the brunch is really highly recommended twice in the month on Sunday. for 15 € you get very good freshly prepared hot and cold meals. I was very excited!
Our friends brought us to this place for breakfast/breakfast of a morning and what a great restaurant it was! attached to a monastery in wooden churches, surrounded by beautiful gardens and a special zen garden next to the labyrinth through the entrance, it was the picture. the rest on a Sunday morning. we were blown away from the sheer amount of different vegan options on the buffet. the real superstar of the meal was the vegan dish that they should not miss, and it seemed as if all others had the same idea. they were almost taken as soon as they came out. Beyond that, the cook was very nice to talk to! I asked him when he did the touch, and he led me to his video about ihtube. it is really so easy that I have seen it and now that I am home in tokio again, I will try to make it myself (it is hard to find vegetarian food here, let alone vegan spots to eat).
Our friends took us to this place for breakfast/brunch one morning and what a GD TOLLES restaurant it was! Attached to a monastery in Holzkirchen, surrounded by lovely gardens and a special zen garden next to the labyrinth by the entrance, it was the picture...of tranquility on a Sunday morning. We were blown away by the sheer amount of different vegan options on offer on the buffet. The real superstar of the meal was the vegan scrambled eggs they are not to be missed, and it seemed like everyone else there had the same idea. They were taken almost as soon as they came out. Additionally, the chef was very nice to talk to! I asked him HOW he made the scrambled eggs, and he directed me to HIS VIDEO ON YOUTUBE about it! It's really so easy now that I've seen it. And now that I am back home in Tokyo, I'll have to try to make them on my own (it's hard to find vegetarian food here, let alone vegan spots to eat).
