Shinto Sushi - Holzgünz

Over the last 3 years I have a total of approx. 100x Sushi ordered at Shinto. I am very satisfied, but the delivery times are absolutely unpredictable. Sometimes it rings after 10 minutes, sometimes after 2 hours. Once, I was actually completely left hanging. This was really bad because no further information was made that is no longer delivered. After over 2 hours, the food finally arrived. Without notice or even an apology. We thought the delay would be due to the weather (we had ordered shortly after the snow chaos in February '21), but if you look at the reviews so it seems normal. I'm sorry, waiting wasn't worth it. 19h ordered, 22.15h delivered...they really dare to ring. Then, of course, had eaten something else and had to throw away the food that had been delivered too late...the money and the food.

No delivery or message after over 2 hours. Never again!

Food was not delivered after 2 hours. delivery service was then no longer available by phone.
