Kfc - Holyoke

I ordered the 8-piece chicken meal that came with fries, mac and cheese, and biscuits. However, after I paid, I was informed that they didn't have any fries or biscuits available. Instead, I received two servings of mac and cheese and some mashed potatoes. It would have been better if they had informed me about the unavailable items before I paid, as I would have chosen to go elsewhere.

I received excellent service from a very polite young lady named Maria. She helped me and my family understand the menu and offered great recommendations. She was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to bring our food, plates, forks, and sauces to our table. I truly appreciated her efforts. My family and I will definitely be returning to KFC in the next few weeks. Thank you, KFC, for your delicious food and for having such a wonderful employee. Thank you, Maria, for making my family feel special!

Ordered 2 lg mac and cheese received 2 lg fries!! Tried to call and big surprise no one would answer!! NOT HAPPY!!

The last 12 times I've ordered from here I got the wrong food. Called and told a manager and she didn't care.
