Contribuiți la feedbackWent here with the partner for late lunch at Sirromet Winery several months ago.We ordered the Local Bug Sandwich and the Wagyu Beef Burger. Both were delicious, well-made with generous servings of crispy chips. Nothing fancy.Long wait for the food. Friendly service. Casual ambience. Drinks bought separately at the bar. Prices on the higher end, but not unusual for winery and location.Overall, a reasonable lunch option whilst enjoying Sirromet Winery.
Lovely food and service. Place order in one section and collect from another section. Buzzer system so collect when ur buzzer goes off. Got there early and got a table near the playground. Everything was perfect. Food was yummy. Got the specials pork belly and barra. Kids pizza was huge. 2 kids could easily share. Love to go back.
Mrs Kiwichef, daughter and I enjoyed a pleasant afternoon and casual lunch here yesterday. The place was pumping on a Sunday afternoon, which sounds par for the course at this spacious winery, which hosts at least 3 dining options. We were happy to snaffle a table and chairs in the shade on this hot day, and took in the sights and sampled a few of their wines. The two piece musicians were described as 'rather poor karaoke ' by our musical daughter, but I guess they were trying their best Happy to wait for the queues to settle down, we ate quite late, and went for the less than healthy options of two plates of buffalo wings (mango and habanero and Texan BBQ), plus a plate of sweet potato wedges. The wings were hot and spicy as promised, while the wedges were among the best I 've ever eaten! Kind of like beer battered, served with a light aioli Dayam!! We all wanted more!!
Great food, great ambience and kid friendly. Had the chicken parmigiana good portion and nice mix of flavours with the prosciutto and fresh veggies. Wood fired pizza was also excellent. Will come back and try other stuff here.
We usually eat at restaurant lureens when we come to Sirromet but today decided to try the more casual Tuscan Terrace. <br/ <br/ Someone walked past with a dish that we couldn't go past. The wood fired roasted crackling pork hock. <br/ <br/ The crackling was crunchy tasty, with the softer parts underneath full of flavour. We both thought it was delicious and our only complaint would be we needed a steak knife to devour it properly. <br/ <br/ Perfect mash, purple cabbage jus
