Støberiet - Holstebro

We got food for 60 people from there. We were greeted with great professionalism and an exciting conversation about the food beforehand. The waiter and butler who were there were fantastically nice. The food was unfortunately exceptionally poor. It was valid for all 3 dishes. To name one per example, the fish was raw in the middle, the chicken tasted nothing, the hot vegetables had become cold when served and there were only 3 bowls of different types of salad. In other words, salad without anything other than lettuce leaves. We had asked for boiled potatoes, but that was what was served on the day. But there wasn 't actually a single tasty component in between, and we 're definitely not picky. We therefore contacted the place afterwards to help them, by explaining what our experience was and how they could make it better, as all 60 people had agreed that the food was extremely poor. We never heard back from this email, not even a we 're sorry to hear that . So the interest in their customers is probably hardly as sincere as it seemed. 2 stars, as the waiter and butler deserve a lot of praise, but the food gets 0 stars.

Super good food can be recommended.

The restaurant (bistro) is within the premises of the museum, not many seats BUT a super nice staff. The Smörebröd we ordered can compete with any starred restaurant. Lovingly decorated with cress and freshly grated horseradish. Simply delicious. That has its price, but it is justified. The beer comes from a small brewery in skive. We will always come here whenever the opportunity arises. Be sure to visit the museum. There are always changing exhibitions and an interesting art collection.

I got a fantastic piece of smørrebrød with vegan toppings, where there were fried scallions and mushrooms as well as nuts and berries. It was incredibly delicious and I'm already looking forward to the next time... Food: 5 Service: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First experience in the restaurant at looming opening. Ordered a cup of cocoa and a cake, the staff were kind enough to serve fresh strawberries as I didn't want mousse on my cake. A fantastic experience and super good service :
