The staff at the restaurant were very professional, and my food was prepared in a timely manner. Their experience was evident, as they took the time to ensure my meal was hot and fresh. I truly appreciated that my food didn’t arrive cold or barely warmed. It only took three minutes to receive my order—what fantastic service!

You should be ready to spend 15 minutes (minimum) in line to make a drive through order $5 dollar a gallon of gas

The young girl at the drive thru is too slow and can’t multitask. Barely hear her at the drivethru speaker(doesn’t speak loud enough). The older lady that is usually there is fast and friendly and speaks clearly on the drive thru speaker.

Worst Wendy’s ever. This is the second time I’ve been here and it was terrible. The first experience the lady that took my order was rude as hell! The second experience, my order was very messed up. Total opposite of what I ordered but yet charged me for something completely different. When this was brought to their attention they laughed about it and were being extremely inappropriate about it.They made me park and told me they would bring the food out to me and 15 minutes later I still didn’t have my food. They were better off refunding me and having me and my daughter go about our day. Wendy’s needs to do a better job with their hiring process and needs to have a manager around at all times. Clearly there was no supervision because they were careless and unbothered like little children being left home alone for the first time. Extremely frustrating.

Young manager has terrible attitude and they dint honor their own coupons. Store looks old and dirty.
