Sweet Love Vegan Gluten-free

I don’t even know where to start. My friend was so excited to get a beautiful cake for her daughter‘s birthday. Unfortunately, the cake was done very lazy and one piece was slapped on the front of a white cake that was supposed to be a custom-made cake. The cake was told to sit out for three hours, and it sat out from more than four hours, and was still completely frozen by the time we had to cut the cake. It was totally embarrassing trying to saw through it. After the cake finally somehow defrosted a little, the cake still tasted so dense and like it was made weeks ago. Definitely not recommended.

Had a cake made for a child's birthday, it was nothing like the picture I sent to her. It looked like she just baked a cake and wrapped paper around it, second the cake was frozen and dried out and old in the middle, the children could even enjoy it. I would have been better off buying cupcakes from a convenience store.

I was invited to my granddaughter birthday today and the cake was completely frozen and no one could enjoy it. very disappointed.(the cake was in room temperature for over 4 hours.

I was invited to a b day party, they ordered a cake for the b day girl , the decorations was not as requested and when it was time to cut the cake the cake was hard as a rock the kids couldn’t cut it and no one was able to enjoy the cake , it was nasty. Very poor service not recommending at all. We spent $90 on a cke that’s not even worth $1. Never again

Love the service and care. Although the cupcakes are a bit dry they meet our allergies acomodations after 5 years of looking. Thanks
