Southern Spice - Hollywood

I was in Hollywood for conference and wanted to find a place other than eating the beach area. I was so happy with our experience in Southern Spice. From the moment we went in all, was warm and I was impressed how fast the food came and how wonderful it tasted. My wife ordered the chicken and waffles that came with 3 huge chicken pieces. I have the shrimps and grits and they were the most unique grits I ever had. I could taste the m condensed milk and it had a slight bite to the dimples and the shrimps were huge. We also have the sweet potato fritter and they were also great. I would definitely recommend this place and would even travel 45 minutes to come here.

So happy to have found this place!!! Amazing food and service. Cool ambience. Honestly best maize bread I had ever. Shrimp and grits, very good also roasted green tomatoes. Lunch prices were good.. Dinner prices seem a bit high. but definitely have dinner time as well. Very recommended!

5 star restaurant and service. From that moment we went to the restaurant. The waiting staff was very personal and professional. I ordered the fried green tomatoes and shrimps and grits. The fried green tomatoes were perfectly cooked with great taste. I've never tasted geese that taste better than their geese. I was full of food. But my mouth was more water. The manager came by and asked us how the food was. She also thanks us for coming. If you are ever in Hollywood, please put this on your list in Dine

I find this place by chance, and I'm so happy that I did. The service was excellent and the food was heaven. I ordered the Oxtail Benedict and Maisbrot. It was delicious. I definitely go back. Look at her, please. You won't be disappointed.

Outstanding!!! Great brunch menu items that aren't common but delicious!!! Piña Colada mimosas were amazing!!! Great conversation with owner Natasha, wish them the best! Definitely returning for dinner!
