Ruta Caracas Bistro - Hollywood

For the second time in a row I went here and the food was delicious and the desserts were superior. In addition to that though the staff is amazing and friendly. I thought they closed at 9 pm and they let our group sit and chat without ever asking us to leave. It wasn’t until I asked on the way out that I realized they actually closed at 8 today! Thank you for another great evening! I will be back andI will try to leave at your closing time!

All food was cold. waited well over 45 min for food. always out of drinks. service was awful. shakes were mediocre. wouldn't recommend

Service was the slowest, food was cold and not what we ordered at all. would not recommend this place at all.

Nice place i love it, they have a great menu arepas, tostones, cachapas everything is awesome 100% recommended

The bathrooms were in poor condition, the music was too loud, and the service was slow. The place could use some tlc. Overall, it was just okay.
