I really like the intimacy of this location. I liked that it was empty only because I was on my break from work and didn't really feel like seeing anyone. Otherwise, it would be great to walk into a dining room that's at least half-full. The artwork is helps keep you interested while you're eating in that you don't feel as if it's a decent meal in a dull place. The food was pretty good for the price. Nothing special but I did only order tofu low mein so I k ew it wasn't going to blow my socks off but it's exactly what I wanted with the flavors I was expecting. The staff are friendly and considerate. I didn't order a drink but one of the cooks who brought my food asked if I at least wanted tap water. That was really nice of her to do so.

Go Bento is conveniently located near my workplace, which makes it easy for me to place an online order and pick it up quickly. While the front parking is metered and somewhat limited, there is additional parking available at the back of the restaurant. They offer a wide variety of traditional rolls as well as reasonably priced bento boxes. On my recent visit, I chose to try a custom poke bowl, where you select your base (salad or rice), protein, and sauce. I opted for a spicy tuna poke bowl with rice and extra poke sauce. The portion size was impressive, and the food itself was fresh and made to order.

The food was tasty and freshly cooked. The presentation could be better though. Their service was prompt, professional and the environment was clean. I look fwrd to trying more dishes from them soon!

I had a terrible experience tonight. As soon as I opened the tied bag I received, a live cockroach crawled out. It was absolutely disgusting, and the smell was overwhelming—almost made me feel sick. This will definitely be the last time I order from this restaurant. Normally, I wouldn't leave a negative review and would prefer to resolve issues amicably. However, the restaurant's response to my complaint was to direct me to Yber, which I found very unprofessional. It seems Yber has a clearer view of the situation with the cockroach.

I'm leaving a negative review because they won’t answer the phone. It’s quite clear that they keep picking up and hanging up without giving me a chance to confirm my order. I have a $60 order, and they seriously can't answer the phone? Edit: I didn’t mention earlier that the food was actually very good—it was primarily a service issue. However, I can't overlook the effort they put into preparing the food and the high quality. They also paid great attention to detail when packaging everything with such care.
