Boston Market - Hollywood

The store is supposed to be open at 11 am and the doors are locked, the current time is 11:09am . I would probably give negative infinity stars, but that is not an option, so I gave them 1 star.

NEVER answer the phone. Not working the hours listed online. Limited menu at drive through. No manager on duty. Surprised they are still open for business. The franchise must be loosing a fortune with this location.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I figured I’d save someone the hassle of wasting their money. I’m not sure what kind of food is served here but it is DEFINITLEY NOT Boston Market food. I’ve been to a few locations throughout my life and the food has been the same across the board but whatever is going on here needs to be looked into. The food they’re serving here seems to be coming from somewhere else in order to save on money because the food was horrible. The chicken is definitely not Boston market chicken, it’s dry, tastes bland and looks weird. The macaroni is not the spiral cut macaroni that Boston market is known for. The mashed potato’s were watery and seemed to be the instant packet kind, the spinach was weird and the cornbread was very dry and seemed off as well. The food did not come in the normal Boston market packaging. I didn’t know counterfeit fast food was a thing but here’s a prime example.

I have never left a google review in my life but this place is disgusting. Do not order from here It should be closed down. I normally like Boston Market but not this specific one. Not even close.We need to never order from here again so that they close down this trap.The chicken tasted ROTTEN, the mashed potatoes were watery consistency, the corn bread was compressed and looked like someone squished it with their hand before serving, the creamy spinach tasted watery and had a repulsive flavor. I was so upset that I tried dialing them for an hour after my ruined meal and no answer. Never again.

I doubt it has been a good year for this location. Despite the deterioration in food quality I thought I was being a loyal customer by not complaining, throwing out the food, and continuing to order Time After Time like I was Cyndi Lauper. I 've received stale biscuits on numerous occasions, meat with absolutely no taste, potatoes with a bad after taste, and white gravy for mash potatoes that were so runny, it could beat Sha 'Carri Richardson. I have a pending issue that they still have not resolved. I 'm being patient because I don 't want to get social media or Help Me Howard involved...
