Bagel Palace Deli - Hollywood

How do you mess up a pancake and a waffle? Both were terrible, and the "Potato Potato Pancakes" (4) were the worst latkes I've ever had. I give it a 0/10—never again.

I would recommend avoiding this restaurant. The pancakes fell apart, and my eggs were the wrong type; I requested them cooked medium but received scrambled instead. I ordered French fries but ended up with home fries. Additionally, there were no utensils or condiments provided.

We were welcomed by Evelyn, who has worked there for over 30 years. She provided some of the best service I've ever experienced in a restaurant. Evelyn was attentive, frequently checking in on us, friendly, and she took the time to chat with us at our table. If you visit, I highly recommend asking for her. The food was just as impressive as the service. I had the French toast and scrambled eggs, while my wife enjoyed the veggie omelette with buttered toast and potatoes. My sister opted for pancakes with eggs over easy, and my brother-in-law had a toasted bagel with butter. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals. I even sampled from my wife’s and sister’s plates and found that I would have been just as happy with their choices. I give Bagel Palace a solid five stars. I plan to make it a regular weekend spot, and I encourage you to check it out—you won't be disappointed!

This restaurant is completely filthy and the staff is very rude! Prices are outrageously high! I live nearby, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy!

This is an excellent bagel shop! I made a last-minute order for a party, and they had everything ready for me in no time that same morning. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating—thank you, Sasha!
