Hummus Factory - Hollywood

The Hummus Factory accepted my reservation on open table for April 26th at 11:30 am. After driving 45 minutes to the restaurant we discovered they were closed for two days. Prior notification was not given and we found a note on the door. Complete disrespect for existing patrons and potential customers. They are off the list.

The food was excellent, fresh, and served generously. Unfotunately for me I'll have to go lunches only as I have a lenghty digestion process, evenings are to avoid.

Food is outstanding. Very healthy choices. Fresh and tasty. This is a very informal setting so I am not sure why it is on Open Table. You walk up to the counter and order your food and they prepare it in front of you. No reservations needed. But I would definitely go back.
