Compared to last year, the food was not as good. The breakfast burrito was tasteless. The buffet was very good, but they ran out of plates and bowls and were slow to replace them. The table service is very friendly and efficient. Prices are what you would expect at a resort restaurant. Parking is very expensive, $32 for the first 3 hours, promised a voucher but the process did not work. We have no plans to return next year.
Pretty solid Easter brunch buffet, with an amazing desert offering display in a separate room to the side. Maybe not 100% as high end as I was expecting, but no complaints and waitstaff and management were super nice and accommodative. Also smart of them not too overbook the space, busy but wasn't crowded at all.
In short, I didn't like it. It is very expensive for the size and flavor of the food. I don't agree that they want a tip just to get paid. When paying they suggest 18 to 25% tip, fatal. I ordered an Avocado Toast, the portion was very small, it was a simple bread with a little avocado, spread and radishes. The Chai tea was not bad, my daughter ordered a Muffin and she didn't like it either.
I wish I had taken pics!! We had the pizza, a Cuban sandwich, a Philly cheesesteak and it was all delicious. We got a ton of snacks and a chocolate chip cookie at least once a day which, my god I can’t say enough good things about it! It was fresh; baked on site morning and afternoon, and truly just scrumptious. However, what I loved more than the food, was the service. Everyone was super attentive and friendly. All that said, I really want to give a special shoutout to Lucy! She was lovely, gracious and very kind from the moment we got there till our very last day. 10/10 recommend!
