The food that arrived was the wrong order. Rang the restaurant. When I explained the situation they responded “ok. And?” When I asked if they would fix the mix up they hung up. I rang back and a different person answered. The said my correct order would be delivered in less than an hour. It was now been 3 hours and no sign. Terrible customer service. Me and my friends going to the restaurant many times. There is a very good food , big portions, good prices, Alice is a very nice lady, staff are very friendly. This is the worst place you can be. They don't understand English, they give wrong food, the charge you extra, be rude on you, and will mistreat you. The food quality is worst the seafood are in the freezer since the ice age. Overall I had the worst ever experience in this restaurant in Cork.
