Disappointing experience! I love to support local business. I work close to this location and buy from them frequently. I was unhappy with my smoothie. It was very watery and didn 't have the coconut meat in it like it used to, even though it 's still advertised on the menu as having coconut meat along with pineapple and coconut milk. I basically paid 8.57 for a cup of pineapple and coconut milk(which I saw him make) ... I kindly asked for a different smoothie or a refund, to which the cashier happily agreed to, until a voice from the back told him to call the boss . The boss proceeds to tell their employees that they can NOT give me a refund or a different smoothie. How ridiculous! I 've heard the owners were cheapos but this is a bit much. They didn 't want to take an .8.57 loss but now have lost a weekly customer. The kind employee was nice enough to remake the same smoothie for me.. I do not like leaving bad review but this was an embarrassing and cringey experience for their employee and myself. Thankfully Tropical smoothie cafe is around the corner ?

USED to be my favorite spot. I love supporting small businesses but they lost me today. Walk in to order, I 'm the only customer there. My dog is outside in the truck anxiously awaiting his side of tuna ;p Ordered the usual sweet tuna bowl. Always very clear about what to add/remove yadayada.Order takes about 20min.....no biggie. Take the bag outside and just when I 'm about to give my lab his tuna for being a good doogan I notice it 's salmon : So is the poke bowl : No problem, right? Simple fix....take it in and they make a new one? NOPE!!!You would 've thought by the way these two workers reacted that this was the most complex situation they 've ever been faced with. I initially get blamed for the error. I don 't even eat salmon so most definitely would never have ordered it. Being that this situation is getting way too complicated, I simply ask for a refund so I can go on about my day. We don 't do refunds is what I 'm told. The worker has to make two phone a friend phone calls. They originally weren 't even going to let me return the food!!! They had to call and ask someone if they should take the improperly made bowl back.Sadly, niether lifeline was of any assistance with the return process. I cash in my losses and still went on about my day. Sad to think I automatically gave them a 25% tip when ordering only to receive terrible customer service. Aloha sweet berry?......bowlz?....

I visited the store last Tuesday and after ordering I stood in the lobby area watching my ticket just sit on the counter while an employee (who took my order) made herself a bowl to go, grab her belongings, and leave.Since I was the only one standing in the lobby, after about 8 min, I was finally asked by another employee what did you order? I responded with my ticket is right there on the counter. My bowl was finally made and I left. As I started eating my acai bowl, I quickly noticed the entire base was a frozen block of acai. I called back to the store asking if this was something new and asking if I could come back and have it re-made. The employee on the phone spoke with the manager and told me that they would not be refunding my order and that is just how they serve them now. For the record, I did not want a refund, I wanted a not frozen block of acai.I paid $15.58 for nothing. By the way, did you know if you don 't pay in cash you are charged a 4% fee along with another Special Tax fee of 2% on your receipt? Check it out, next time you visit!Such a bummer the customer service and quality has declined, especially with them soon opening another location in Fuquay.Back to chasing around the BuoyBowls Food Truck!!!

The best Acai bowls around! Tati was behind the counter and she couldn't have been nicer and more attentive. Kudos to the owner for hiring such amazing people to represent your store/brand. My order was a little random an Tati made it perfectly! Thanks Tati!!

Glad I found this place. It's in a small strip mall. I ordered the tuna poke bowl. It was great and filling.
