Kfc - Holly Springs

Went inside to order, took 30 minutes for the food to come out.

This was the best KFC I've been to in years. Great tasting chicken. This location knows how to cook chicken. Loved it.

Go through the drive thru it was so slow then they didn't even get my order correct I asked at the window if I could and just 2 biscuits and they tell me they can't add at the window so I pay for my food and 10 mins later I am still sitting at the windowwaiting on my food this is so pitiful

The line in the drive thru was so slow it was ridiculous and when I finally got the food I had items missing busiicuts and instead of original like I ordered they gave me spicy chicken ????????

I wish I could give them zero stars! We were in town for a birthday party. They were open so we went thru the drive-thru. There was only one truck in front of us at the speaker. We sat behind the truck for about 10mins before we pulled off and I wentinside to order. A lady was stocking food and said we?re open but they didn?t have any workers. She called the manager to helpme. I saw him stocking food too but he didn?t say anything. I finally asked him if he would be able to assist me with purchasing2 orders of cole slaw and that was it. He said not right now but I can later. I asked him how long it would be so I would knowwhether to leave or not. In a rude tone he said I can?t tell you what to do but I can?t help you right now. I said I?m onlyasking how long it?ll be. He walked off without saying anything. He was probably the rudest manager I?ve ever encountered. Iwalked out. By the time we pulled around, there were about 6 cars in line. They wasn?t greeting them or telling them anythingeither. They was just letting them sit in the drive-thru. We pulled around and told each of the cars. They thanked us and pulledoff with us. Do better KFC!!!
