The food was just a little sub par bertucci tariff, but given the very few customers and the many people around the floor, which seemingly busy for the weekend lunch of the service and waiting for eating was abysmal! they all seemed to be on the first day of work and had no understanding for the process for the effective communication of sluggish into the kitchen. it was funny, but also, really, we wanted to lunch.
In the arrival for our reservation we were for approx. 10 minutes completely ignored. the place was totally chaos. there was a person who garned pizzas, she cut and then served them. I think she would have been the hostess if she had given her slightly dressed outfit. a waitress finally set us, gave us menus and took a (soft) drink order. there were three menus each that only added to the perception that this location has no idea what they do. we ordered both from one of the extra menus. my food companion had baked ziti what he liked. I had a handcuffed sharp meatball pizza. it was good, despite the balls of the juveniles scattered around them. this bertucci 's is convenient near home, but future trips to bertucci 's, we will probably visit another website.
Simple dinner on Saturday. we know that bertuccis will always be consistent and good. very impressed by the young woman manager. we could say that they were somewhat short-circuited, but we know that this is often a part of the food today, so that we don't care. this young woman has never stopped moving, from station to station and task to task. always with a smile and an upbeat disposition. shortly after we had ordered one of the waiting staff, they stopped checking us. I had forgotten to order something with my meal and asked if it was still possible to do so. without skipping a beat, she said: “Everything is possible” with a smile and went away to let it happen. perfect answer, even in a night when the crew worked hard to maintain. a pleasant visit. great personal experience.
Sadly the food was not up to par (their silano pizza was bland and under cooked and meat calzone lacked meat(! and was a burnt puff of crust and waitress (may have been only one in her defense forgot to put item in and not great…
