Starbucks - Hollister

Long line moved very in the drive thru and the staff was sweet and jovial. Drink was made exactly to my overly complicated specifications and was delicious!

Bad experience: they never have change for a $100 bill and mostly they never have anything, that’s why Dutch bros is better they never say “Sorry we don't have that”

Worst Starbucks there is! If service, correct drink, efficient short waiting time, is important to you don't go here! As you can see from the other 1 star reviews, something is wrong with management that they are hiring people who cannot do proper customer service. (A glaring look when you tell them the drink is wrong) Go to the one on San Felipe Road by McDonalds. It's much better.

Horrible service. Arrived at drive thru at 8:51pm and they told me they couldn't help me because they were closed even though there was 2 cars in front of me that were able to get their order. They close at 9pm and wouldn't even take my order. Told me to go to a different Starbucks. This Staff needs to learn about the true meaning of customer service. Very dissatisfied and disappointed.

Drive through takes forever! What are the baristas doing on there?!?!? Been coming here for a year and every time it takes forever!
