She gave my sister a free coffee because they accidentally marked the recipe by mistake. As in they put 1 coffee instead of 2 which I wanted 2 coffees but they only put 1. Great person there.
Updated review: Starbucks resolved the issue and refunded me. I do love this Starbucks. Just 1 bad experience out of many good ones. The staff are normally awesome and I recommend going through the drive through. Old review: My order was sitting there for 20 minutes. I told her my name and she said it wasn't ready. I went up again to ask and finally got it. It was the one that was sitting there the whole time. It was completely melted and gross.
I?m sorry but the mobile order system they have going on at this location is not okay. I wait an extra 10 min or more after my pickup time, every time : I hope they figure out a better way to run it soon.
I waited 20 mins on line and no one behind us and this lady from Starbucks came and said they are closing and didn't care to serve us last,then put cones between us and the car infront of us.. I spend alot of money there and I'm very disappointed. Went yesterday and one of he staff really messed up our order and even overcharged us,she must have been not paying attention.. Totally disappointed,I went to the New one also and they closed as we drove up also. Here's the hours posted for today and even called prior to going.. I will be calling the corporate office and I will probably change to Dutch Brothers,I'll also tell others.. Not even a gift card for waiting this long. Poor customer service.
They don't do my orders right they don't hire ppl that do there job corretly. They have no taste for new thing. (Rather use my money on dutch bros). Good side went for coffee but left with tea. Bye.
