Domino's Pizza - Hollister

Ordered a garden salad. They didn't have any. So substituted the Caesar chicken salad. It had brown and slimy leaves and the chicken smelled off. The corporate office refused to give me a credit for a garden salad and instead offered coupons for pizza.Very disappointing. All I wanted was a garden salad. Exactly what I ordered and paid for. Very simple solution. Zero customerservice.

I had a wonderful experience with customer service at this restaurant. I accidentally placed my order twice, but when I called, I spoke with a very kind lady who efficiently helped me cancel the duplicate order. The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, making my experience even better!

The staff are consistently polite, and if there's ever a brief delay, they inform you immediately. Typically, everything is prepared by the time I arrive, so there's no waiting. The only improvement I could suggest is adding anchovies to the menu! I realize not many people are fans, but we certainly are. They always offer a great selection of crusts and sauces.

The Hollister location is always really consistent. The pizza is always great tasting and hot when I pick it up. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Great job guys!! Thanks for making pizza nights so simple and hassle free.

I would rate it 4/5 because they usually do a great job. I definitely prefer and recommend this place over any of the overpriced and disappointing Pizza Hut locations around town.
