Subway - Hollis

The staff is noticeably slow, seemingly focused on taking orders from customers who aren't present. The service is frustratingly slow.

I ordered a spicy Italian sandwich, but unfortunately, their oven was broken, so they used the grill instead. This didn’t heat the sandwich properly, and mine ended up being ice cold and not tasting as it should. The cheese didn’t even melt. If your equipment is broken, it’s better to fix it promptly rather than just placing an "out of order" sign on it.

The staff at this Subway make some really great sandwiches. The service is usually quick, and the food is always fresh.

The staff here is friendly and accommodating. Just be patient, as there are times when only one person is working. I really enjoy the Italian BMT sandwich!

The subway store on the hillside is quite small and doesn’t usually get very crowded. There's a Checkers nearby that just opened, and a McDonald's directly across the street as well.
