Steak Shake - Holland

The best burger I've ever had was incredible! It had its own distinct style. I had one with bacon, mushrooms, onions, and Swiss cheese. It was delicious!

If you had asked me tonight, I would have given it 5 stars. The burgers are absolutely incredible, and the service is always quick. The prices are unbeatable. However, after today, I can no longer say the same about the quality—I can’t trust it anymore.

We arrived at 9 AM on Sunday and were seated right away. We ordered a breakfast sandwich, banana pancakes, the chic breakfast, and chicken nuggets with fries for the kids, along with a chocolate shake. Our food arrived promptly, was fresh, and tasted pretty good. My nephew loved the special spice that was available on the table; I tried it as well, and I thought it was quite tasty. The shake looked fantastic! The service was good—pleasant and not slow. This is a solid Steak 'n Shake, and I enjoyed my time there with several family members. As a bonus, kids under 12 eat free on weekdays when an adult spends over $9 (this does not include drinks or desserts, just their children's meals). Overall, the place was pretty clean.

Pros: Frickles were really good. I liked the sweet potato frits and diving sauce. The staff was friendly and got everything right. Cons: My burger was well overcooked and dry. When I was finished eating, it took a little too long to get my bill, but I understand because my waitress was in training and overall she did a good job. I'm on a budget this week, otherwise I would have ordered the main rib or the steak, as they looked good. I still recommend trying this place and I will probably come back in the city next time.

Really nice restaurant... decor, spacious and the food is amazingly delicious...and good size shares.. Server, attentive and friendly. Huge menu... so many good choices. Quality restaurant.
