Mcdonald's - Holland

Service is poor and very slow. The food is also not very good.

Their website says they’re open till 12, so does the Mcdonald’s App. So I ordered my food via app around 11:15, once I got there they completely ignored me, they were standing around on their phones, then claimed they were closed around 11:40 once they finally looked at me. Then they refused to give me a refund for the food that I already payed for and waiting about 10-15 minutes for. They said they close at 11 now because of staffing but there were at least 4 people in there.

The staff decided to close the store early even though they were still getting mobile orders. And the manager refused to give me a refund because she had just close the drawers out and she didn 't want to deal with that again.... Do not go here in the late evening. Manger Patty just DGAF.

Handicap parking was miss located. Place was empty with customers. Emoloyees were friendly and very courtious.This McDonalds used to be packed with virtually no place to set. How times have changed.Service was fast and excelent.Parking: Handicap parking was at the far end of the area, not even close to the entrance.Wheelchair accessibility: You're going to be a distance away form the entrence.

Very good as far as McDonalds restaurants go. The service was fast and friendly. Our order was accurate as well. The food tasted very fresh. The store itself was very clean, along with the restrooms (which was nice). There wasn't any wait, do we were able to go right up and order. The staff work very efficiently there. You are in and out in no time.
