A group of us placed a large order for six sandwiches and were told it would be ready by 12:30. However, we ended up waiting until 1:30. When we finally received our order, all the sandwiches were made incorrectly, missing sauces, meats, and cheeses that were supposed to be included. The hot sandwiches were cold, burnt, and hard. Additionally, they didn't have gluten-free bread for one of the orders, and instead of notifying us, they simply removed the sandwich from the order and issued a refund. I will not be ordering from this location again.

Employees stood around gossiping instead of making my sandwiches. Took them 25 minutes to make my order…

Ordered for second time ever and last time. Poor service, was ignored initially when going in. Food wasn’t ready on time and neither sandwich was done right. Last time we tip ahead of time online and last time we go to this place. Spent 30 bucks on two sandwiches, both sandwiches were wrong. Like no wonder people are stopping going out to eat. Hire competent employees or lower prices.

I went there for lunch. The sandwich was delicious and it didn’t take them very long to make them. I really recommend it. Vegetarian options: They have a lot of vegetarian and vegan options. Parking: There were a lot of parking lots so you didnt have to fight for one. Wheelchair accessibility: Its all on one floor, a ramp to get to the door.

A fantastic sandwich spot with an amazing variety of options. The hero bun is my favorite!
