Buffalo Wild Wings Holland

We used OpenTable to make a reservation but when we arrived, the hostess seemed unaware and seated us with a look of disapproval. Our server was not very attentive and our wings arrived cold with minimal sauce. We were disappointed with the overall experience, as we had hoped for a quick dinner but ended up spending an hour and 45 minutes there. While I hate to leave negative reviews considering the current staffing challenges, this was not a pleasant dining experience.

We made a reservation through OpenTable, but when we arrived at the restaurant, we were informed that they no longer accepted OpenTable reservations. When we questioned why we were able to book it in the first place, the hostess shrugged and raised her voice at us (even though my 5-year-old daughter was with us). We left without eating and, despite being long-time patrons, we are certain we will not be returning to this BW3 in the future.

They do not respect reservations, which is ridiculous considering they offer this service. I called to make a reservation for my party of 4 on a Friday night around 7 PM. The customer service representative assured me that we would have a table reserved at our selected time if I mentioned my name. However, when we arrived 10 minutes early, we were told that they do not honor reservations and we would have to wait for about 40 minutes. We ended up waiting even longer, and our appetizers and meals took forever to come out.

Open table to place our name on the waiting list. when we arrived, the hostess had no idea that our name was on the list, but had set us to disgusting after the look. our server was less than attentive. our wings were cold and very little sauce. so disappointed. our intention was to have a quick evening meal, we were there an hour and 45 minutes, that would have been good if we thought to see a game or have a cozy dinner. I also do not want to give any negative reviews because I know that every short worker is and works hard, but that was not a good experience at all.

' when he was asked why we were allowed to book it on the first place at all, the wet and lifted his vote on us (my 5 yo daughter was with us) to even ask. we have left starving. we have gone to this bw3 for years, but quite sure we will not be back.
