My mom I were at the Holland Oh location today and our waitress Araya went above and beyond and she was that way with all of her customersThe food tasted but now we are having stomach issues

My food was great! Only complaint would be they provided ZERO utinsels, napkins, salt/pepper, etc with my take out order. Like, zero. That's crazy

Gracie is amazing kind and always good with her customers Great smile and personality

I'm done with this bob evans. They barely ever have anyone working. The last time we went we never had our drinks refilled. They forgot stuff we ordered. Messed up all of our orders. She literally set our food down and only came back to give us the check. I also had hair in my food. They used the table next to ours to put all the dirty cups and dishes so that was nice to look at. You couldn't pay me to come back to this location. Disgusting

The first time here. coffee was fresh and eating was great. faster and friendly service.
