Starbucks - Holland Twp

My dogs love coming by for a pup cup and drinks for mom and dad!

All the staff was pleasant and friendly but the short Philippine woman with dark black straightened hair that was working the register. She is very rude and racist. Needs to be fired and put on the spot for her insulting behavior and lack of courtesy. The restaurant is super small and you can barely stand in there to wait for your drink/food. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to in my life and I travel for a living and go to multiple starbucks sometimes 3 times a day in all different states and countries.

Went here today asked for the young lady to make me a large favorite of hers and let me just it was amazing, wished I would of gotten her name but I didn't want to hold the drive thru up so to the young lady who made it today THANK YOU it was amazing!

SO SLOW. THEY DID NOT HAVE ICE???!!! how the heck does a coffee chain not have ice. It is renovated thought.

Just short staffed and probably very underpaid staff, you need to to be paid starting wage of $17! Maybe you wouldn't have to lock the Cafe doors and wait forever in lines ?, thank you to the one's who do come to work everyday you ROCK ! ???
