I actually work at the holbrooks Chinese restaurant as kitchen hand ! But over my years of working there iv always been impressed with the fresh veggie I use daily to pack the meals. The sauces and ALL ENTREES are all made by the main chef Andy his wife cui cui .. ...They are a very small business with 4 staff sometimes less , But every night I promise we do strive to do the best we can love seeing all your happy faces We appreciate you all , and hope we can deliver a good service for years to come

I got Singapore chow mein with oyster oil with my partner two days ago. That is amazing tasty. Also, the owner of this restaurant are very honest and friendly.

Chicken and corn soup, luscious,thick and hot followed by steak we it black bean sauce,very very nice,worth having.
