Mulberry Shān のパン Wū Sāng の Shí

It was a pleasant surprise to discover a vegan bakery at Kobuchizawa Road Station! Initially, we did not notice the vegan sign and were amazed to see that eggs and milk were not listed as allergens on the bakery tags. We asked the staff and they confirmed that everything was indeed vegan. They had a diverse range of breads, pastries, and sandwiches. We purchased a curry bread, French toast, chocolate roll, melon pan, and a canelé, but there were many more items we wanted to try. I look forward to stopping by again!
