Contribuiți la feedback15k for mi chay noodles, some fake meat and the old water circles and green. beautiful little community feeling, but really central. Not sure that the hours in the evening were not open, so probably just a morning place.
This restaurant is situated above the parking lot by the pond, next to the entrance of the grand Pagoda, so it may be a bit hard to find. They serve delicious noodles, specifically "my quang" and "bun", prepared by friendly women. The my quang here is considered one of the best in Hoian, with a much tastier flavor compared to other well-known restaurants. Most of their ingredients are homemade, including their non-preservative meats, and they do not use MSG in their dishes. Be sure to arrive before 9:00 to ensure you get a chance to try their food before they sell out.
This restaurant is situated above the parking lot by the pond, next to the Great Pagoda's tor, making it a bit tucked away. The noodles (specifically My Quang and Bun) are delicious and are served by friendly ladies. The My Quang here is said to be one of the best in Hoi An, even surpassing other well-known restaurants. They make most of their ingredients from scratch, including the non-preservative sausage/ham, and they also do not use MSG in their dishes. It's recommended to arrive before 9:00 a.m. to ensure you don't miss out on their popular dishes before they sell out.
This hidden gem of a street food stall in Hoi An specializes in local noodles like My Guang and noodle soup. It is located inside a pagoda and is open daily from 6am to 9am. The food is non-allium, making it a great option for those with dietary restrictions.
Paid 15,000 VND for a bowl of Mi Chay noodles with imitation meat, and it came with some water spinach. The restaurant had a lovely sense of community, but was situated in a very central area. Not certain about their evening hours, so it might be best to visit in the morning.
