15k for mi chay noodles, some fake meat and the old water circles and green. beautiful little community feeling, but really central. Not sure that the hours in the evening were not open, so probably just a morning place.

The my quang here is considered one of the best in Hoian, with a much tastier flavor compared to other well-known restaurants. Most of their ingredients are homemade, including their non-preservative meats, and they do not use MSG in their dishes. Be sure to arrive before 9:00 to ensure you get a chance to try their food before they sell out.

Paid 15,000 VND for a bowl of Mi Chay noodles with imitation meat, and it came with some water spinach. The restaurant had a lovely sense of community, but was situated in a very central area. Not certain about their evening hours, so it might be best to visit in the morning.
