Contribuiți la feedbackI really want to like this location because they never have a line. BUT the last time I went there, my biscuit tasted like straight plastic and the sausage was dry. My husband has been a few times and had no complaints. It only takes one bad visit for an entire family to quit going to a place!
The burger King in hohenwald is the most unfriendly arrogant and just don't care about customer service.there are a few who are friendly but the majority all act like they are doing you a favor.thus is a hospitality industry and they know absolutely nothing about hospitality
At about 11:20pm (09/02/23) at the drive through, the employee who wasn 't wearing a name tag took my order and informed me that they had no meat ready and it would take about 8 minutes so I said no worries, I don 't mind . He replied over the intercom They never do... in a very irritated tone as if it annoyed him. Moments later he or another employee (not sure) stepped out the back door and loudly complained of course y 'all are pulling up right before 12:00 again in a very irritated tone for us all to hear. I don 't write alot of reviews but thats completely unacceptable and unprofessional. This guy needs to be reprimanded.Order number: 692Employee in question was the skinny dude with glassesOther than that once I got up to the window they were quick and friendly.
