I want to give this spot 5 stars, but I just can't. I figured there would be growing pains when they opened, but it's been a few years now. They constantly fail to cut the pizza even when I call the manager to request it on my order. They can't follow the most basic of directions.I called in an order because their app doesn't work, and the kid on the phone told me they can't redeem rewards points on the phone. I told him I'll try again on the app, and if it doesn't work I'll order from somewhere else. He said ok, and had no issue losing business. My wife and kids were set on deep dish, so I called back asked for the manager who said they can absolutely redeem points over the phone.I'm giving 3 stars because the pizza is hot and fantastic when delivered, but they can't seem to train their staff properly and can't follow basic directions like cutting pizza.

They are always very late with their pizza. They will tell you 30 minutes but it will likely be an hour wait! And good luck getting them to answer the phone when you're doing curb side pickup.

Made it impossible to order from a different location opened earlier than 4:00pm. Lost customer
