The windows were dingy, the bathroom door had paint peeling off and the toilet was low to the ground. Continental breakfast was okay but the tater tots were cooked the day before, the hash browns were fresh. Easy access to I-90. Only a Chili's nearby. The pool was clean and towels provided.

I have no idea why this hotel doesn't have a higher rating! We are extremely pleased with our stay. Staff is friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast selection is better than most hotels. We would definitely book here again. Don't hesitate!

3 star hotel on a 2 star budget. The staff here really go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. When I come back to this area, I will for sure be staying here. Best hospitality I've received at a hotel in my life, I stay around 120 days a year in a hotel.

Everything about our stay here was chaotic. Upon checking in, the front desk person was rude and unhelpful. The manager that was training him was also rude and snarky and was bothered to have to be helping. We stayed overnight on a Saturday. We did not receive a receipt upon checkout. I checked my bank account on Wednesday, the charge for incidentals was still pending, (I realize this has more to do with bank than the hotel but I called to verify) which I'm sure is a common question, especially in the world of hotel management. There was a language barrier with the person who initially answered the phone so I asked to speak to a manager. Wendy just could not be bothered with helping guests get their questions answered. She spoke to me like I was a child and was rude and dismissive of my simple questions. Again, was just looking for confirmation. The room: there was a hair in the shower, no tissues, make-up from a previous night on the sheets, and ripped curtains. The pillows on the bed were couch pillows- 26 x 26. The entire facility smelled of smoke and mildew. The fire extinguisher cages were not up to code. Elevator needed repairs. Stay elsewhere. For $143.12/ night- NOT worth it.

Online booking double booked me into your hotel. Patrick at the desk went out of his way to assist in resolving the issue. When I got to the room I was pleasantly surprised at the decor and cleanliness. I was there while visiting a relative in a nursing home and will book their again on future visits
