Contribuiți la feedbackIf you want to enjoy the good Franconian cuisine, you should not walk past the Grüne Linde farm in Hof-Wölbattendorf. Perfectly trained and very attentive service personnel under the direction of an honest and grounded host is the core competency of this gastro company with a connected hotel. I was present at a birthday party on 9.1.2016. The host had chosen the buffet form. After an initial winter salad (balanced, perfectly matched dressing) a buffet was built on the side of the fast service power without neglecting the service (drinks, cleansing) at the table. Guests were present at the birthday party between 15 and 80 years. It was not easy to bring the food offer to everyone something suitable on the buffet, but it was excellently solved. There were among others: Rehragout with Jus, Semmelknödeln und Preiselbeeren Schweinlende with Hofer Klößen, Bier-Soße and Kraut Schnitzel Wiener Art with Pommes Frites and as dessert: cheese plate and fruit Mousse au Chocolat A selection of wines was made at the buffet, which was balanced and professionally consistent with the dishes offered. In this case, however, the agriturismo could go even more to the Franconian homeland, but this is only a small edge mark, because the selected wines underlined the bee. All in all a wonderful gastronomic performance this evening. Since I have visited Christmas celebrations more often in the Landgasthof (big, beautiful hall in the 1st floor), my positive impression was confirmed once more. At the end of January, a group of travellers near Aschaffenburg will stay there for two days and I am fully convinced that I have given the right advice to the organizer with the Green Linde!
