The Garden Room - Hockley

One of the best garden centres in the area. Staff are really friendly, knowledgeable keen to help. Huge car park to the front of the garden centre with several disabled spaces. When we have bought plants from Riverside, they've been really healthy. Prices are comparable with their competitors. I would definitely recommend this place for anything to do with your garden Quick Update; This garden centre has now been extended, even better than before 1

Excellent service, the staff were really helpful especially with food intolerances. The lunches were lovely but the cakes were something else. I had the peach cheesecake and it was absolutely delicious. I’m not normally a desert person either.

We are from. Yorkshire and come to visit friends in Hockley. Our visit wouldn't be complete without at least one visit to Riverside. I cannot rate it highly enough....staff are so friendly and helpful, good is top notch , the whole place is so clean and well maintained. Our friend took ill there yesterday and Lisa and the staff couldn't have . They are a credit to the place. done mire

Friendly, helpful staff in the beautiful garden centre. Healthy plants and wide variety to choose from. The restaurant was a nice place to stop for lunch and refreshment. The food and service up to high standards. It made for an enjoyable Sunday outing.

Really enjoyed our visit here for lunch. We had pie, ham egg and chips and also a cooked all day breakfast. Lovely and hot, fresh and tasty. Nice seating area also dog friendly, great for a cake, quick bite or larger meal. Thanks!
