Burger King - Hochdorf

A fast-food restaurant right under a gym. Yes, I am not kidding. The building above this one is a gym (seriously! . The moment I write this review is during a pandemic situation, so things will look odd, but the place is in a nice location

It's pretty much like any Burger King, no surprise. However, after being here more than a few times I notice the burgers have little salad and too much sauces (mayo etc. , which I personally don't appreciate. I usually pick Burger King over McDonald exactly due to the refreshing greens in their burgers. Instead I started driving a bit further to a Burger King in Flüelen, where they do this part better. However, the current staff in Hochdorf are much nicer than the often stressed people in Flüelen

Warm Coke and cold fries. Manager says the soda dispenser is not working properly but is still fine serving warm drinks. All sorts of products is pushed on you but you have to beg for salt and pepper. A case study in poor customer service.

My go to when I need something to eat. Staff and very friendly and well mannered

The blonde at the checkout with a black sweater was extremely arrogant and unprofessional.
