Gregorys Coffee - Hoboken

Constantly impressed! The Vegan Burrito (V) was such a perfect amount of food, and did not lack in flavor! The Fall Oat Boy latte was just the right amount of sweet, and velvety espresso, with creamy oat milk. 10/10 as per usual.

Fantastic sandwiches and such a great price! Very pleased.

Vegan deluxe was better this time. muffin was okay, croissant was good, drink was good but nothing wowed me.

Their Toast card machine and app scanner is always always “broken” on weekends so it’s cash only. Very suspicious.

I usually like Gregory's but this was straight-up not good. The pastry that my companion and I had here was pretty good, but the matcha was borderline undrinkable (worse than the Starbucks drink, which is itself not good! and the latte was mediocre at best. On top of that, they were out of one order that I tried to make in the app; while they were able to accommodate me and deal with the item being out, it's still not a great look to take orders that you can't fill. While I do appreciate that they had working outlets and the service people were friendly, this place is so much worse than the other Gregory's I've been to that I feel compelled to rate it two stars. Not recommended!
