El Paradero Mexican - Hobbs

We absolutely love this restaurant! Their breakfast burritos are a favorite for our family. Be sure to ask for a side of green enchilada sauce to enjoy with it! As a wonderful bonus, they make their own tortillas. Delicious!

My husband and I have enjoyed breakfast there a few times, and the food was excellent! However, tonight we ordered dinner—a smothered chimichanga and a carne asada taco plate—and the experience was disappointing. The food was burnt and excessively salty. When we called to inform them, they seemed unconcerned. After spending $30, we definitely won't be returning!

While passing through Hobbs, New Mexico, we needed a place to take a break and grab a bite. We decided to venture off the main road in search of a good restaurant, and we hit the jackpot! We stopped at El Paradero Mexican Restaurant, where I tried the cheese enchiladas with green chili sauce. The enchiladas were delicious, but the green chili sauce was the best I've ever tasted. That’s quite a compliment, especially since many of my relatives are Hispanic, as my wife is Mexican. If you find yourself near Hobbs, I highly recommend taking a detour down Dal Paso Street to visit El Paradero Restaurant. Enjoy your meal, everyone!

It's decent, pretty much like any typical Mexican restaurant. As a Mexican, I hope there's no bias in your thoughts about me; it's just standard fare.
