Was not impressed, the pork chops ordered them were dry, hard and no taste. Potatoes with mash had a crust on them as if they had set up bees.

I love this restaurant. Celebrated my birthday here and the New York mission, although I ordered medium and a little less than that almost rare, I liked the taste of it, safe. For dessert I have a cream broth and it was amazing!! Appetizer was Mozzarella sticks that were good, the sauce was a bit strange in the texture, but it was good.

We came in tonight, to The Cattle Baron, and had an excellent experience! The food was delicious as always, and our server Kiel Couturier, was one of the best, if not the best servers, I’ve had in a long time! He was extremely attentive, polite, and a step above the rest! He greeted us with a smile and great attitude, which caught our attention immediately, and his personality and service is something that will definitely be remembered and our reason to come back! He got our orders right, and delivered everything with a smile, which goes a long way in today’s society, where so many people seem unhappy to be at work. Cattle Baron is and always has been one of our favorite places to go, and with Kiel here, it will definitely be my and my friends first choice, for a good dinner or lunch, good time, and enjoyable experience, and Cattle Baron and Kiel, definitely be recommended to all, in the future, when people ask us where they should go eat! one of the best dinning experiences in a LONG time!

Delicious meal, steaks done to perfection, lovely selection on their salad bar. My husband had a Ribeye and I a sirloin and our bill was under $55! Our server was Bianca and she was great! Definitely worth the drive from Monahans, TX!
