Crust Pizza - Hobart

Have eaten in crust somewhere else, so thought this would be a safe thing. but no. the 30-minute delivery time ballooned and, when the pizzas finally appeared, they were dried out and cold. after a few slices, two quite expensive pizzas ended. until feeding the dose.

I ordered 2 pizzas at 18:30, they hadn't arrived by 19:25. I rang them up anda very chipper and enthusiastic employee told me they had just seen my order leave the shop and the pizza is two minutes away. I do live two minutes drive...away (can't park down the road so can't go down for the pizza) and the pizza is still not here. I'll never order from these guys again, I'm absolutely starving and no sign of pizza. Will ring again to complain and go and grab some toast. Best advice I can give do not order from these guys they hailed to me twice now.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with great enthusiasm. The pizzas were done in 10 minutes and looked incredible. Great vibe for a Friday night

Our family has been fans of Crust for many years. They offer beautiful thin crust pizzas with a variety of fresh ingredients. While we've had the occasional subpar experience, most of the time the pizzas are fantastic and not greasy like other options in Hobart. Unfortunately, when we tried to place an order last weekend, we found out that they no longer deliver to our location in the city. We are very disappointed and hope they will bring back delivery service. We would love to give them a 5-star rating, but can't until this issue is resolved.

However, we decided to give it another chance recently and were pleased to find that our experience was much improved. The pizzas were fresh and innovative, but unfortunately, they took an hour to arrive and were dried out and lukewarm. It felt like we had been on a delivery marathon. The pizzas were expensive, so we expected better quality and faster delivery, especially during busy times. They have a great product, but they need to step up their game. Also, they should stop putting sauce on the Belgian waffles because it makes them soggy during delivery.
