Banjo's Bakery Cafe - Hobart

As far as bakery chains go, I have to say, I'm a fan of Banjo's.

Took me forever to decideI ordered a patsie and the raspberry housecakeThe patsie was decentMy only complaint would be that it's a tadbit salty.

Dropped in twice for some light food during my recent holiday. Had a mini pie and sausage roll both were good, also bought some dessert slices; cherry ripe slice was good, snickers slice was great but the lemon was far too sweet.

Looks like a pretty standard bakery offering. Staff were super friendly and went out of their way to serve is as they were closing. The shortbread biscuits we got, contrary to their pre-packaging, were delicious, crisp and buttery.

THE BEST BAKERY. WOW I cld eat here everyday , love the freshly baked breads , pizza's and pies : freshly made salad rolls are a winner good coffee good price :
